📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior engineers and project managers in planning, organizing, and controlling construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, cost estimates, and reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Learn and use construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
