As an Aviation Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of logistics specialists, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and implementing logistics strategies that enhance our operational efficiency. You will work closely with our in-house and third-party logistics providers to ensure that all logistics activities are executed flawlessly, from procurement to delivery.

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution of turbine components.
• Manage a team of logistics specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to industry standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of turbine components and maintain strong relationships.
• Implement and monitor logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including those set by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the supply chain management team to optimize logistics processes and improve supply chain performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to logistics team members to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on the aviation or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
