📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ERP systems using SAP and other relevant software.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Train and mentor employees on the use of ERP systems and other technical tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems are cutting-edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in ERP implementation and technical support.
• Proven expertise in SAP ERP or other similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Certifications in ERP systems, such as SAP Certified Application Associate or similar, are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
