In this role, you will work closely with our international sales team, based in the bustling areas of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently. With your sales support background, you will play a crucial role in helping our team achieve their sales targets and drive business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the international sales team in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Process and manage client orders, invoices, and payments using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing travel arrangements, and managing client communications.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Assist in the organization of trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to support the sales team's strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles in the food industry or a related field.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in international sales and working with global clients is a plus.
