📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine garment patterns using advanced CAD software such as Gerber Accumark.
• Ensure all patterns meet quality standards and fit specifications.
• Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into accurate, efficient patterns.
• Optimize patterns to minimize material waste and production time.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure patterns are error-free and ready for production.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new software features to enhance productivity.
• Maintain detailed records of all pattern developments and adjustments.
• Assist in training new team members on pattern-making techniques and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in garment pattern-making, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Gerber Accumark.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes.
• Certification in garment pattern-making or a related field is a plus.
