📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with dental clinic regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.
• Implement and monitor patient care protocols to ensure high-quality dental services.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Utilize advanced dental technology such as CAD/CAM systems, digital X-ray machines, and intraoral scanners.
• Collaborate with insurance providers and third-party administrators to streamline billing and payment processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental clinic management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing dental clinics in high-demand markets.
• Certification in dental hygiene or clinical excellence preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
