📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify areas for process improvement across the organization.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct process audits and gap analyses.
  • Create and maintain process documentation.
  • Monitor and measure process performance.
  • Train and mentor team members on process improvement best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in the B2B telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with process improvement tools and software is a plus.
