📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality software testing services.
Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, and that ensures the delivery of high-quality software products.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement best practices in software testing, and to drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of our testing processes, and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the software testing industry, and to apply this knowledge to our testing processes and strategies.
Work closely with our clients to understand their testing requirements and to deliver tailored testing solutions that meet their needs.
Ensure that our testing processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations, and that we are able to demonstrate our commitment to quality and excellence to our clients.
Provide leadership and guidance to our QA team, and to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in test automation and manual testing.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of QA professionals.
Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and TestNG.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, and a strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex testing challenges.
Certification in ISTQB or a related testing qualification is a plus.
