📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of cashiers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily cash reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, ensuring adequate cash availability for daily operations.
• Train and mentor cashiers on best practices, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor cash management policies, ensuring compliance with hospital regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Generate and analyze cash flow reports, providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial management role.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in mentoring and training staff.
• Certification in cash management or financial auditing is a plus.
