📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal performance and longevity of club assets.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance scheduling for all club facilities and equipment.
• Utilize asset management software like SAP to track, monitor, and report on asset performance and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage maintenance contracts and ensure timely service delivery.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Provide training and support to facility staff on asset management best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, facility management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with asset management software such as SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in Facility Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
