📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the food aggregation platform, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
• Collaborate with restaurant partners to integrate their menus and offerings into our platform, leveraging tools like Foodora, GrabFood, and GoFood.
• Monitor and analyze platform performance using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Manage and optimize the food delivery network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding our food aggregation services.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in food delivery and online aggregation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our food aggregation services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food delivery, online food aggregation, or a related role.
• Proven experience with food aggregation platforms such as Foodora, GrabFood, or GoFood.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
