📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide on-site technical support and repair services for a wide range of technology equipment, including but not limited to servers, network devices, and workstations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain various IT infrastructure components.
Collaborate with our in-house team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
Train and support junior technicians in the field.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a related role.
Proven track record of excellent customer service and technical support.
Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Certifications in relevant IT technologies, such as Cisco, CompTIA, or Microsoft, are a plus.
Proficiency in using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and other IT service management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
