📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line technical and operational support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and analyze customer service processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.,Document and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and service requests.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.,Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.,Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
