📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical solutions for project challenges.,Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the mining industry.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
