📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and components,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations,Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with quality standards,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets business objectives,Provide technical support and training to junior engineers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes,Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks),Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
