📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the financial records and reporting for the property division.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
