📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and customer service.,Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
