📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Track and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates on logistics operations to senior management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
