📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documents.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control the company's budget and expenses.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.,Coordinate with accounting and tax departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Prepare and present financial forecasts and projections.,Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
