📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for job openings.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on the hiring process.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback to candidates and manage the hiring process from start to finish.,Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
