We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control Line professional to join our team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality at every stage of production. As a Quality Control Line professional at Glico Wings, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality. You will work closely with production teams to monitor and control the quality of products, ensuring they meet our stringent standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting regular quality inspections of products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Monitoring production processes to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Utilizing quality control tools and software such as SAP Quality Management and Minitab to analyze data and improve processes.
- Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent quality issues.
- Documenting and maintaining quality control records and reports.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.
- Providing training and guidance to junior staff on quality control procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control in the food manufacturing industry.
- Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality control tools and software such as SAP Quality Management and Minitab.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.
