📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules to meet daily targets.,Inspect products for quality control and ensure compliance with standards.,Coordinate with team members to resolve production issues and maintain workflow.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.,Ensure safety protocols are followed in the production area.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a productive work environment.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the logistics or production industry.,Good understanding of production processes and quality control.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use office software.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations if required.
