📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the local market.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and support business objectives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives to enhance sales offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting, preferably in the local market.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
