📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the department.,Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Support and mentor team members to enhance their performance.,Assist in training and development programs for staff.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
