Abishar Technologies Indonesia is seeking a dedicated IT System Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems. This is a permanent position under a client contract, offering a competitive salary and a stable work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications as required by the client.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems meet client requirements.,Conduct regular system backups and recovery tests to ensure data integrity.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide effective support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT system support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud services.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
