📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings using various recruitment channels.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with other departments to support the organization's talent acquisition needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
