Duta Fajar Medical Center is seeking a talented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Palembang while also having the flexibility to work from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.,Participating in continuous learning and development activities to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, or CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
