PT Bumi Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and on-site, providing a flexible work environment. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicle fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in proper working condition.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Handle vehicle inspections and certifications, and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members regarding fleet operations and safety.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and acquire new vehicles as needed.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet operations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
