📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Provide safety training and education to employees.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine their causes and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and used.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
• Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with using HSE management systems such as SAP or similar software.
