As a Finance & Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our stores.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. You will also be involved in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Provide financial support to the management team.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of all vendors and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a retail or convenience store environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and standards is a plus.
