📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and control costs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with marketing and customer service strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and reporting.Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
