Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.,Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve the performance and efficiency of the branch.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all activities are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the medical center.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and guidance to improve their productivity and performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to healthcare and medical practice.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders to enhance the reputation and image of the medical center.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare management.,Represent the medical center at various events and conferences to promote our services and build our brand.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations, laws, and guidelines.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
