📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety and compliance of the vessel and crew,Plan and execute daily operations and routes,Maintain and inspect the vessel and equipment,Manage and supervise the crew,Handle customer service and complaints,Ensure adherence to maritime regulations and company policies,Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations,Manage vessel documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role,Valid Captain's License and relevant maritime certifications,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus
