Zone Global Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during banquet events. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and event logistics.,Greet and seat guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and decorations.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, following health and safety guidelines.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other service departments to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.,Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or banquet setting is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination is a plus.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
