PT Hasta Lautan is seeking a dedicated Assistant Telesales to join our team in Dili. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and providing product information.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the company's CRM system.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both existing and potential customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events and promotions.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes and strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telesales or customer service role.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Good understanding of the company's products and services.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
