As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing and optimizing our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee and monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Support the Operations Manager in preparing and presenting operational reports to senior management.,Ensure that all operational activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
