In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Maintain and update accounting software and systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
