Stripe is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Product Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for Stripe Terminal, our innovative hardware and software solution for in-person payments. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and make a significant impact on our sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Stripe Terminal, including both new customers and upsell opportunities for existing customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, business owners, and decision-makers.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for Stripe Terminal.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.,Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other sales-related activities to promote Stripe Terminal and build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong understanding of the payments industry and experience with payment processing solutions is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related discipline.,Fluency in English is required, as this role will be based in Dublin or London.
