As a Licensed Optician at Spectacle Hut, you’ll work closely with our team of opticians and sales associates to provide comprehensive eye care services. From initial consultations to final fittings, you’ll ensure every customer leaves with a pair of glasses that not only corrects their vision but also complements their personal style. Utilizing advanced eyewear technology and a curated selection of brands, you’ll help our customers discover the perfect blend of functionality and fashion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive eye exams using advanced diagnostic tools such as autorefractors, phoropters, and slit lamps.
• Create personalized prescriptions and recommend the most suitable eyewear frames and lenses for each patient.
• Fit and adjust glasses to ensure optimal comfort and vision correction, using precision tools like frame markers and lens meters.
• Consult with customers to understand their vision needs, lifestyle, and fashion preferences, providing tailored advice on eyewear options.
• Manage the ordering and delivery of eyewear frames and lenses, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Provide ongoing customer service, addressing any issues or concerns related to eyewear fit, comfort, or vision correction.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology, incorporating new products and services into the retail offering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a related field, with a valid professional license to practice as an optician in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail optometry, with a strong background in eyewear sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in using advanced eyewear diagnostic and fitting tools, including autorefractors, phoropters, slit lamps, frame markers, and lens meters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with the eyewear industry, including knowledge of popular brands, trends, and technological advancements.
• Ability to work well in a team, collaborating with opticians, sales associates, and other staff members to provide comprehensive eye care services.
• Passion for fashion and an eye for detail, with the ability to curate and recommend eyewear that complements each customer’s personal style.
